Our Story

Consultation and Treatment Services, LCSW PLLC is a private corporation providing expert mental health consultation, program assessment and development to various organizations. Our Organization employs a diverse group of professionals who are premier providers in fields of behavioral health, not for profit organizations and educational programs.

We offer an array of professional services including organizational assessment, clinical program assessment, program development, and professional development training. Our professionals bring a comprehensive evidence-based approach to their treatment and training sessions. This promotes the growth and development of the clients, professionals, and communities.

Our Organization has over 20 years clinical and programmatic expertise in the area of behavioral health, not for profit organizations, and school districts. This experience includes implementing trauma informed care treatment models across a variety of treatment settings.

Our Organization has several independent consulting and EAP contracts providing assessment, intervention, treatment, supervision and program development. We are often called upon to facilitate Critical Incident Debriefings to employees and organizations following serious and often life changing events. We utilize evidence-based treatment approaches in all program services.
